Showering Yourself in Comfort: Choosing a Showerhead

We recognize that everyone may not have the financial resources to do a full bathroom renovation at WW Bath, but we enjoy what we do and want everyone to be able to enjoy the comfort of there bathrooms so we've compiled a few low cost tips that you may wish to consider for your bathroom.

If you are on a tight budget you may wish to consider some small decorative tips to give your bathroom a new "refreshed feel". Simple things to consider include:

  • Painting your bathroom
  • Change just a few tiles with decorative tiles in your bathroom or shower stall
  • Perhaps Change the shower curtains and changing the style of the shower curtain rod
  • Consider changing the faucets in your sink and the handle on your lavatory
  • Changing the bathroom lighting fixture and the type of light can do wonders
  • Consider just painting and changing the color of your bathroom medicine cabinet instead of replacing it.
  • Replace the door on your bathroom cabinet or bathroom vanity with a Victorian screen door or a framed trellis. (This is a great touch for those smaller bathrooms located in the older homes found in Washington DC, Georgetown, Chevy Chase and Silver Spring Maryland)
  • Replace your shower head with a body spray shower head
  • Consider if your bathroom or shower closet has the space adding a closet organizer so that you may easily find things when you need them.
  • Replace the bathroom mirror with a framed or beveled wood frame mirror

Although we realize that these tips can't replace a complete renovation or remodel of your bathroom they can help make you feel as if the atmosphere of your bathroom or shower and tub area is new and different. If after reviewing these tips and you feel the need to completely restore, renovate or remodel your bathroom, the designers at WW Bath are available by appointment to help address any questions you may have.

WW Bath is convieantly located just minutes from the beltway in Kensington, Md.
